Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. PoolGenius Abilene Pool Services reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.

Services Provided

PoolGenius Abilene Pool Services provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Abilene, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and seasonal opening and closing services.

Service Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule services based on your availability and our technician routes. Here's what you need to know:

• Weekly services are scheduled on a recurring basis and will continue until you notify us of cancellation
• One-time services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans:

• Payment is due monthly and can be set up on auto-pay
• Late payments may result in service suspension until account is current
• Returned checks will incur a fee of $35

Access to Property

By scheduling our services, you grant us permission to access your property and pool area during scheduled service times. You are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe and clear access to your pool. This includes securing pets and notifying us of any hazards or special access requirements.

Liability and Warranty

PoolGenius Abilene Pool Services carries full liability insurance to protect both our business and your property. We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures due to age or wear, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

Chemical Treatments

All chemicals used in your pool are EPA-approved and applied according to industry standards. We will inform you if your pool requires additional chemical treatments beyond standard maintenance. You are responsible for the cost of chemicals used during service unless included in your service plan.

Equipment Repairs and Replacements

If we identify equipment that needs repair or replacement, we will notify you before proceeding with any work. You will receive a written estimate for approval before we purchase parts or begin repairs. Emergency repairs may be made to prevent property damage, and you will be notified as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolGenius Abilene Pool Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
